Kim specializes in supporting parents of youth (17 years and up) who are transitioning to adulthood and want to review their decisional support options. Transitioning into adulthood can be complex, and even more challenging for individuals dealing with neurodevelopmental issues.
Kim will complete a pre-assessment consultation, an assessment interview, followed by the completion of the necessary documents needed to apply for Guardianship, Trusteeship, or Co-decision making.
